New - Demerger Update

The Directors of Accura Pharma Plc are delighted to nnounce that, on 10 October 2007, approval from the High Court regarding the demerger of Reform Pharma Plc was granted.
Therefore the subsequent admission of Reform Pharma Plc shares to trading on PLUS has also been approved and the shares will commence trading on PLUS on Friday 12 October 2007.
At the AGM held on 19 September 2007 a Special Resolution proposing the Company’s name change from Accura Pharma Plc to Accura Animal Health Plc was passed and this will be implemented on 12 October 2007.
