News - Director Resignation

The Board of Accura wishes to announce that, further to the appointment of Alan Reade and Professor Donald Davies to the Board, Kevin Leech feels it is appropriate timing for him to step down as a Non Executive Director of the Company and has resigned with immediate effect. Kevin will continue to be employed by the Company on a consultancy basis.
Commenting on the departure of Kevin, Bernard Ross, CEO of Accura, said: ‘Kevin has been instrumental in the development of Accura and we are delighted he will be continuing as a consultant.”
Accura is continuing the process of moving to AIM and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
